- Monetization: Poets who meet the criteria set by Elysium may be eligible to earn revenue from their content under the platform's monetization policy.
Content Guidelines
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or violates the rights of others. Any such content will lead to account suspension or permanent deletion.
- Content Ownership: You are solely responsible for the content you post. Elysium is not liable for any violations arising from user-uploaded content.
Account Suspension and Termination
- Violation of Terms: Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your account, including but not limited to the removal of content that violates the platform’s policies.
- Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
Subscription and Billing
- Subscription Plan: The Premium Subscription Plan is priced at ₹129 INR or $1.50 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize the automatic deduction of this amount until you cancel your subscription.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, and the automatic deductions will stop once the current billing cycle ends.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elysium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Elysium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
Governing Law
- These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orangeia Tech is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
